MAI – Monthly Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plans

MAI offers flexible, modular monthly subscription plans tailored to each client's needs. The available plans include:

  • MAI Start – Basic FAQs and menu/service inquiries

  • MAI Engage – Quotes, reservations, lead management

  • MAI Operate – Purchases, order tracking, shipping

  • MAI Care – Post-sale support, alerts, warranty, and retargeting

  • MAI Full – Full access to all features and CRM integration

Clients may combine modules (e.g., Start + Care) as needed, and the activated modules are defined in the company’s configuration file.


2. Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.

  • All payments are made in advance.

  • Invoices are issued upon payment confirmation.


3. Free Usage Limits

  • For clients connected via Venom (QR-based WhatsApp):

    • The plan includes 500 messages/month.

    • Additional messages are charged per unit as stated in the pricing table.

  • For clients using the Official WhatsApp API:

    • A low base fee applies.

    • Messages are charged at 2× Meta’s official rate per message.


4. Upgrade / Downgrade Policy

  • Clients can upgrade their subscription at any time. New features will be activated immediately, and the additional fee will be prorated.

  • Downgrades will take effect in the next billing cycle and must be requested at least 5 days before renewal.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds are issued for partially used billing cycles.


6. Service Usage Conditions

  • MAI must only be used for the business it is subscribed to; multi-brand or multi-company use is not permitted unless agreed in writing.

  • Each company has an independent MAI instance, including logic, prompts, configuration, and deployment.


7. Suspension or Termination

  • MAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:

    • Payments are overdue by more than 10 days.

    • The system is misused, abused, or causes harm to third parties.

    • MAI’s policies or applicable laws are violated.


8. Support and SLA

  • Basic technical support is included via email or designated chat channel.

  • SLA and response times may vary depending on the subscribed plan.


9. Amendments

MAI reserves the right to modify its subscription terms or pricing with prior written notice of at least 15 days.
